1. General Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product does not match the description or images shown on the website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 2 days after product delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to their nature:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., homemade food, bakery items, pickles)
  • Customized or made-to-order products

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account on Naarishakthi.in
  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Select the product and click Request Return
  4. Provide reason and upload supporting images (if applicable)

Once approved:

  • The vendor will arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Return request is approved and item is received back in acceptable condition
  • Order is cancelled before shipment

Refund timeline:

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Credited to original payment method or as store credit (based on vendor policy)

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and standard return policy applies

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong/damaged item)
  • Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified
